The ideal candidate should be experienced in industrial automation platforms such as Rockwell Automation Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Mitsubishi Electric and should be capable of handling projects from design to successful site commissioning. Develop, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC control logic for industrial automation systems. Design and configure HMI screens for machine/process control and visualization. Develop and maintain SCADA systems for monitoring and process control. Work on automation platforms including: Allen Bradley PLC, HMI & SCADA Siemens PLC, HMI & SCADA Mitsubishi PLC, HMI & SCADA (Mandatory) High PriorityUnderstand and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and panel wiring diagrams. Support control panel installation, machine wiring verification, and system integration. Perform installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of PLC-based systems at customer sites. Conduct I/O checking, loop testing, FAT/SAT, and ensure smooth system handover. Diagnose and resolve issues during commissioning and production support. Travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and support activities when required. Coordinate with project, electrical, and service teams for successful project execution.
