Handle inward and outward movement of materials. Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of materials. Maintain accurate inventory/stock records and conduct regular stock verification. Monitor material reconciliation and investigate stock discrepancies. Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including allocating daily tasks. Coordinate with logistics, transporters, vendors and internal teams. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials. Maintain daily MIS reports, stock reports and operational trackers. Ensure proper documentation for all material movements. Monitor warehouse safety, security, housekeeping and compliance. Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space and resources.
