Production Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete production workflow from order allocation to final finishing. Plan and monitor daily production targets across all departments. Coordinate with dyeing, embroidery, handwork, aari, dori, computer embroidery, tailoring, finishing, and packing teams. Ensure all customer orders are completed within the committed timeline (30–40 days). Handle jobber allocation, follow-ups, and challan management. Track work-in-progress (WIP) and maintain production status reports. Conduct quality checks at every production stage and reduce defects/rework. Coordinate with merchandising and dispatch teams for timely deliveries. Maintain production records, material consumption, and pending work reports. Resolve production delays and ensure smooth workflow across departments. Supervise production staff and improve productivity and efficiency.
