Generate leads through direct sales, networking, references, consultants, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and channel partners. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable ELV/security solutions. Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and presentations in coordination with technical and estimation teams. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits. Follow up on leads, proposals, negotiations, and order closures. Coordinate with project, technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain sales pipeline, prepare regular sales reports, and track market opportunities. Stay updated on ELV technologies, products, competitors, and market trends.Preferred Skills Strong knowledge of ELV / Electronic Security Systems. Experience in solutions such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA Systems, Video Door Phones, Home Automation, Structured Cabling, AV, and related ELV solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong client relationship and business development capabilities. Good understanding of the B2B sales cycle. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
