Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and manage relationships with EPC companies, dealers, distributors, channel partners, and key customers. Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer and dealer network. Identify upcoming solar projects and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Handle commercial negotiations, quotations, proposals, and order closures. Coordinate with internal teams such as EPC, Projects, Dispatch, Finance, and Technical/Service for smooth order execution. Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, customer requirements, and industry trends. Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Follow up on payments and coordinate with the finance team for outstanding collections. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, MIS, and market updates for management. Participate in exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings, and other business development activities. Travel extensively within the assigned region as required. Key Skills & Requirements4 - 9 years of experience in Solar PV Module / Solar EPC sales. Strong experience in Solar Module Sales and EPC Business Development. Good network with EPC companies, dealers, distributors, channel partners, and industrial customers. Strong knowledge of the Solar PV market, modules, BOS, EPC solutions, and project requirements. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong Business Development & Lead Generation skills. Excellent Negotiation, Communication & Presentation skills. Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and collection. Strong customer relationship and key account management skills. Good understanding of commercial proposals, quotations, pricing, and contracts. Strong analytical and market research skills. Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM / Sales Reporting tools. Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
