Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and service Supervise, train, and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards Manage inventory, stock rotation, food costs, wastage, and kitchen supplies Lead kitchen operations in the Chef’s absence and support menu planning and recipe development
