Job description

Provide second- and third-level technical support to Field Service Engineers. Investigate recurring and historical service issues to improve product quality and reliability. Develop diagnostic guides, service documentation, and troubleshooting procedures. Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) within the Quality Management System. Drive service improvement projects, champion field feedback, and ensure compliance and risk management processes.
