It operates from 132 sites around the world. It is a major distributor of Scotch whisky and other spirits. Distilleries owned by Client produce 40% of all Scotch whisky with over 24 brands. About The Job:Support the day-to-day administration of learning platforms, including Sana and EdCast.Support onboarding of new learning applications, including coordination, configuration, testing and documentation.Support integrations between learning platforms and other systems, including testing and issue resolution.Manage and track learning technology licences, usage and renewals.Support access management and controls, including access reviews and audit evidence.Monitor learning data quality, including learner, course and completion data, and resolve data issues.Prepare and maintain learning technology reports using Excel, Power BI and platform reporting.Support platform and content testing, including UAT and validation of new changes.Manage learning technology ServiceNow tickets and operational issues, escalating where required.Work with vendors and D&T teams to investigate and resolve platform and integration issues.Support Sana implementation and migration activities, including data validation, testing and transition support.Maintain process documents, SOPs and user guides for learning technology activities.Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve existing processes.Support the implementation of new digital and AI-enabled learning technology capabilities.Provide general Learning Technology support to Learning Services, Capability teams and other stakeholders as required.Essential Job Functions:Support platform and content testing, including UAT and validation of new changes.Manage learning technology ServiceNow tickets and operational issues, escalating where required.Work with vendors and D&T teams to investigate and resolve platform and integration issues.Support Sana implementation and migration activities, including data validation, testing and transition support.Maintain process documents, SOPs and user guides for learning technology activities.SANA & EDCAST experienceQualifications:Bachelor's in any DegreeHow to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume using the apply online button on this job post.
