We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our team in Kochi. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various HR functions effectively. Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Selection: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the organizations staffing needs.- Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by providing orientation and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and information to begin their roles effectively.- Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating reviews and providing guidance on best practices, ensuring employee performance aligns with company goals.- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances, acting as a mediator to foster a positive working environment and strengthen employee engagement.- Training and Development: Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions that enhance employee skills and career development.- HR Administration: Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess an or PGDM in Human Resources and have 1 to 4 years of relevant experience.
