Responsible for handling critical customer issues and come up with innovative ideas to avoid repeats. Drive projects to streamline and standardize the best practices across the assigned OEM suppliers to proactively to reduce the risk. Collaborate cross functionally and globally to execute strategies. Clearly communicate across engineering specializations and different levels of the organization for strategy implementation.Mandatory Skills required to perform the job: Knowledge on OEM component manufacturing process and functions like, Manometers, Pumps Regulators, Valves, Manifolds, Sensor assemblies, etc. Ability to demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills. Familiarity with Power BI, 8D problem-solving methodology, GD&T symbols, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC) practiced at supplier end.Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams. Experience working in a dynamic, and fast paced business environment to execute the project and meet deliverables.
