HybridChandigarh, Jaipur, Delhi / NCRPosted: 2 weeks agoOpenings: 4Applicants: 50+Senior executive Sales (HoReCa)Talent Corner HR ServicesPosted by Talent Corner Hr ServicesJob descriptionKey Responsibilities Business Development & Sales • Identify and develop new B2B clients across hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSRs, cloud kitchens, and institutional catering segments in the North West Zone. • Drive sales of Bayfield's marinades, breadings & coatings, batters, dips, cooking-sauce premixes, and seasoning blends. • Build a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into long-term business relationships. Key Account Management • Manage and grow existing key accounts across hotels, restaurant chains, and catering businesses in the North West Zone. • Act as the primary point of contact for all client requirements. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular engagement, chef visits, and support. Client Engagement & Culinary Application • Coordinate with internal R&D and culinary/application teams for product trials, kitchen demos, and customization. • Work closely with chefs, F&B managers, and hotel owners during menu development and product trial cycles to meet their specific requirements. • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and tastings to drive conversions. Revenue & Target Achievement • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the North West Zone. • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business plans. • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
