Job description

Provide premium, personalized IT support to executives, VIP users, and senior stakeholders. Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, software, networks, and collaboration tools. Handle high-priority incidents, executive meetings, device setup, upgrades, and replacements. Deliver proactive, on-site and remote support with strong communication and discretion. Manage ServiceNow/ITSM tickets, document issues, coordinate escalations, and maintain high service standards
