The core mission of this role is to ensure that students or job seekers are successfully matched with suitable employment opportunities.Key Responsibilities:The role is multifaceted, blending relationship management with career coaching:Corporate Relationship Management: Build and maintain a network of industry partners to secure job openings.Candidate Preparation: Organize workshops on resume building, mock interviews, and soft skills training to enhance student employability.Recruitment Logistics: Coordinate the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, venue booking (auditoriums/labs), collecting feedback, and analyzing results.Data & Analytics: Track placement statistics (average salary packages, placement rate) and report on program effectiveness.
