Senior Sales Head – Real Estate Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Industry: Real Estate – Residential Plotting Project Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month + Incentives About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Head to lead the sales team for our premium plotting project in Indore. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the complete sales team and achieve monthly sales targets * Develop and implement sales strategies to drive bookings * Generate and convert leads through various channels * Manage channel partners and brokers * Conduct regular site visits and support the team in closing deals * Track sales performance and prepare regular MIS reports * Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners * Identify new sales opportunities and market trends * Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing and management Requirements * 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in plotting projects * Strong knowledge of the Indore real estate market and geographic areas * Good understanding of major locations, growth corridors, residential zones and upcoming development areas in Indore * Proven experience in handling and leading a sales team * Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills * Good network of local brokers/channel partners * Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits What We Offer * Salary up to ₹1,00,000 per month * Attractive performance-based incentives * Opportunity to lead the sales function of a growing real estate project * Growth-oriented work environment Interested candidates can share their CV with relevant real estate sales experience and details of their current/previous targets and achievements.
