WE ARE HIRING – VEHICLE MAINTENANCE & SERVICE SUPERVISOR TEJA CONSTRUCTIONS is looking for an experienced and responsible Vehicle Maintenance & Service Supervisor to manage our construction vehicle and equipment maintenance operations. Position Vehicle Maintenance & Service Supervisor Location Karnataka – Project Sites Key Responsibilities Supervise maintenance and servicing of Tippers, Excavators, Rollers, Graders, JCBs & other construction equipment Plan preventive maintenance and periodic servicing Monitor vehicle breakdowns and ensure quick repairs Coordinate with mechanics, service centres and spare-parts suppliers Maintain vehicle-wise service, repair, tyre and spare-parts records Monitor engine hours, kilometres and service schedules Identify recurring mechanical issues and control maintenance costs Ensure vehicles/equipment are maintained in safe operating condition Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports for management Requirements 0-3 years of experience in construction vehicle/equipment maintenance Experience with heavy commercial vehicles & earthmoving equipment preferred Good knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems Ability to manage mechanics and coordinate multiple vehicles Basic knowledge of Excel and maintenance records Willingness to work at project sites Salary ₹13,000 – ₹18,000/month Salary negotiable based on experience and capability. Immediate Joining Preferred Candidates with construction fleet maintenance experience will be given preference. Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
