Aapka mukhya kaam IndiaMART portal se milne wali B2B leads ko handle karna, customers se baat karna aur orders finalize/close karna hoga. Key Responsibilities (Aapka Kaam Kya Hoga): Lead Generation & Management: IndiaMART portal par aane wali daily inquiries aur leads ko track aur capture karna.products ke photos click krke edit karke upload karna Customer Calling: Potential B2B buyers aur wholesalers ko call karke product details, catalogs aur pricing samjhana. Deal Closing: Customers ke saath price negotiate karna, follow-ups lena aur successful deal close karna. Order Processing: Order confirm hone par pricing sheet aur product quotations WhatsApp/Email par share karna. Data Tracking: Daily calling report aur sales lead status maintain karna. Requirements (Candidate mein kya quality honi chahiye): Experience: B2B Sales, Telesales, ya IndiaMART account handle karne ka 1–2 saal ka experience (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply). Communication Skills: Hindi aur basic English mein achhi baat-cheet karne ki kshamta. Skills: Negotiation skills, customer handling, aur follow-up lene mein experts. Tools Knowledge: IndiaMART portal, WhatsApp Business, aur basic MS Excel ka gyan. Perks & Salary: Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹14,000 / month (Experience ke hisaab se negotiable) Working Hours: Regular Office Timings (Day Shift).
