Production Triage Field Issue ManagementAct as first point of contact for all postrelease field issues on Android Automotive IVI systemsPerform firstlevel technical triage to identify: Impacted modules (HMI, Framework, Backend, Telematics, Platform)Severity, priority, and customer impactLikely rootcause directionReproduce customer issues, collect ADB / Logcat / Dumpsys / system traces, and ensure clear defect evidenceEnsure correct routing, fast containment, and zero handoff delays between teams2. Customer Communication Incident ControlOwn endtoend customer and stakeholder communicationProvide quick acknowledgment, structured updates, and closure summariesProactively manage critical incidents, preventing escalations through early interventionMaintain strong SLA and timeline control for response and resolution3. Performance Optimization (Android Automotive)Analyze and optimize performance across App Framework HAL KernelDrive improvements in: Boot time and app launch timeUI rendering and GPU performanceCPU, memory, I/O, and multithreading efficiencyIdentify performance bottlenecks and regressions using: Perfetto, Systrace, Android Studio Profiler, Heap Analyzer4.
