As an NDT Coordinator, you will play a vital role in conducting training at our Non-Destructive Testing Institute. With 5 to 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Key responsibilities include:- Facilitating and conducting training programs focused on non-destructive testing methods to enhance the skills of aspiring professionals.- Developing training materials and curricula to ensure effective learning experiences.- Monitoring and evaluating trainee performance to provide constructive feedback and support.- Maintaining compliance with ASNT Level 3 standards and promoting best practices in non-destructive testing.To be successful in this role, you are expected to have:- A solid understanding of non-destructive testing principles and practices.- A valid ASNT Level 3 certification, which is essential for conducting specialized training.- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with trainees and colleagues.- Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules and documentation.This position is a full-time, office-based role located in Greater Noida, India.
