Ensure timely updates and accurate tracking of leads, inquiries, and offers using CRM tools. 🔍 Market & Competitor Analysis Monitor industry trends, evaluate competitor performance, and assess product strengths to refine strategies. 🛠 Customer Support & Satisfaction Respond promptly to customer complaints and provide effective after-sales support. Collaborate with project teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.   📑 Reporting & Performance Review Provide regular updates to management through CRM discussions and detailed Excel reports. Review weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets with in-depth analysis alongside management and proposal teams. 🎯 Promotions & Events Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials and events to enhance brand visibility.
