Required Skills & Qualifications Strong expertise in React.js (3+ years of core experience). Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), HTML, and CSS. Experience with React Hooks, Context API, Redux, and component lifecycle. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Experience in state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil. Knowledge of Next.js, React Router, and component-based architecture. Hands-on experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket). Familiarity with frontend performance optimisation techniques. Basic understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Express.js) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or Firebase. Knowledge of Unit Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. Prior experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello.
