Filing GST returns, TDS returns, reconciliations, and preparation of documents required for tax filings. Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, and other financial reviews. Maintain fixed asset registers and calculate depreciation where required. Review employee reimbursements, travel claims, and other business expenses. Assist with payroll accounting and reconciliation of salary-related accounts. Perform intercompany and branch reconciliations. Verify supporting documents and ensure proper authorization before accounting or payment. Maintain accurate accounting files, vouchers, invoices, agreements, and statutory records. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and comparison of actual expenses against budgets. Resolve accounting discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, banks, auditors, and consultants. Guide junior accounts staff and review their accounting entries where applicable. Ensure adherence to company accounting policies, internal controls, and approval procedures. Knowledge of Tally, Tally Prime . Advance Excel
