Program and operate robotic welding systems for automated manufacturing processes. Develop robot paths, welding sequences, parameters, and cycle programs. Conduct robot setup, calibration, testing, commissioning, and production trials. Troubleshoot programming, welding defects, robot errors, and process issues. Optimize robotic welding processes for quality, productivity, safety, and cycle time.
