The role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and performance. This position emphasizes delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying modern technologies and adopting a cloud-first, agile approach to address complex business challenges effectively. Roles Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.- Continuously evaluate and improve system performance and scalability.- Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth.- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and solutions. Professional Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.- Strong knowledge of both frontend and backend development technologies relevant to Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.- Experience with cloud-based platforms and services to support scalable and resilient system architectures.- Ability to work within an agile development environment, embracing iterative progress and continuous feedback.- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques to ensure data consistency and reliability.- Competence in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues across the full technology stack. - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.- A 15 years full time education is required.
