Daily visits to clients, architects, Contractors and Project Management Consultants (PMC) as per company norms. Generate enquiries and maintain a robust sales pipeline on the CRM software. Making product presentations to clients. Understanding the products, drawings & technical Specifications required. Participate in mock ups. Providing timely quotations, catalogues, and samples to the concerned clients. Participate in price negotiations, get the order (PO) and advance. Responsible for timely collections as per company payment terms. Constantly report on progress of projects to Clients. Customer relationship management and MIS reports for Project monitoring. Discussion of Payment terms, disputes settling & attending to other important client related matters. Qualifications and Education RequirementsShould be a Graduate / MBA from any College or University.
