Higher management lives in AI can magically solve anything overnight. PMGs make reckless promises to customers, then dump impossible deadlines on teams expecting full development in one or two days. Tech management is spineless and clueless - no courage to speak the truth, no ability to push back, and barely more competent than the non technical side. Most capable people have already left because they see there is no future here. The few old employees still remaining are being squeezed mercilessly, expected to work day and night, weekends included, just to compensate for poor planning and constant attribution.
