Job description

Partner with business leaders to drive performance management, KRA cycles, and employee development. Lead employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications. Manage end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. Maintain HRIS workflows, prepare HR dashboards, and support HR automation initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to strengthen HR processes, employer branding, and organizational culture.
