Job description

Manage customer ledgers, payment schedules, collections, and accounts receivable. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for collections, bookings, and revenue. Maintain CRM data accuracy and ERP records. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and CRM teams. Track customer payments, invoicing, and outstanding balances. Analyze MIS data and generate business reports using Advanced MS Excel.
