This role builds recruitment pipelines, achieves monthly activation targets, and ensures quality hires to fuel agency channel growth while maintaining IRDAI compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Targets: Achieve agent recruitments quarterly across graduate/part-time professionals, homemakers, and small business owners. Maintain 25% activation rate within 90 days.Sourcing Strategy: Execute multi-channel campaigns (campus hiring, job fairs, social media, referrals). Target Tier-2/3 cities in Kerala for cost-effective agent pools.Screening & Selection: Conduct interviews weekly; assess sales aptitude, financial literacy, and coachability using structured behavioral interviews. Achieve maximum 10% dropout rate post-training.Onboarding & Activation: Coordinate 50-hour IRDAI pre-recruitment training; achieve 4 policies/agent in first 3 months. Partner with trainers for product/process bootcamps.Pipeline Management: Maintain ATS/CRM database of warm leads. Track conversion funnel (lead interview training activation) and optimize drop-off points.Quality Control: Validate agent KYC documents, background verification. Monitor first-year business quality Campaign Management: Run referral contests, agent-get-agent programs. Achieve 30% recruitments via existing agent referrals.Preferred candidate profile Graduate (B.Com/BA preferred); IRDAI Pre-Recruitment Training certification.
