The goal is to build a brand that any mother, anywhere, will instinctively trust for her child the name that resonates as the obvious choice for the next generation of parents.Brief Job Description:We are not looking for task executors. We are building an army of project managers. As a Marketing Executive at Rorosaur Foodtech Private Limited, you will take the lead on projects such as offline launches, new product launches, new category development, revision of listing images, and social media campaigns for recipes. Every project comes with clear goals and objectives, and you own it end to end carrying the responsibility, and earning the satisfaction of delivery. In the course of execution you will also be pulled into strategy conversations that most roles never get access to. Above all, you must be absolutely ready to learn. I never did this cannot exist in your mental or spoken vocabulary. If a project needs a skill, you dont yet have, your instinct should be to go and acquire it, not to explain why you can’t.Why we want project owners, not executorsWe move fast, and our founders are hands-on in every single project. In a setup like this, task executors slow things down — what we need are people who take ownership, make decisions, and keep the momentum going without waiting to be told. Share what you learn and help shape direction. Manage the budget. Spend wisely and justify every rupee. Report honestly. Track progress and be candid about results. Bring solutions.
