HR Recruiter - Freshers

As an HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in shaping our workforce by identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Sourcing Candidates: Actively search for potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to build a robust talent pool.- Screening Resumes: Review incoming resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements, ensuring a good match for the role.- Conducting Interviews: Organize and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the company.- Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and preferences, ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with team goals.- Maintaining Candidate Database: Keep an organized record of applicants and their progress in the hiring process, allowing for efficient tracking and communications.- Providing Candidate Feedback: Communicate with candidates throughout the process, offering timely feedback and maintaining a positive candidate experience.To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as attention to detail.
