Responsibilities Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and address any challenges. Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance team productivity and morale. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for Commercial business loans. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and execute action plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base. Support Relationship Managers in acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate the performance of Relationship Managers against set targets and KPIs. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, loan disbursements, and portfolio performance. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on performance analysis. Identify training needs and organize training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge. Provide ongoing coaching and support for Relationship Managers to help them achieve their goals. Ensure the team is well-versed with the company's products, policies, and procedures. Ensure all sales activities and loan processes comply with regulatory and company policies. Monitor the loan portfolio to minimize delinquency and default rates. Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to assess creditworthiness and financial health.
