Job Title: Counsellor  About the Role VidhiK Shiksha is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Counsellor to guide students and learners regarding our legal education courses and programs. Candidate Profile : Law background (LLB/LLM) preferred OR minimum 2 years of experience as a Counsellor in a dedicated Coaching Institute / EdTech / Education Company Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of student counselling and course guidance Ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses Target-oriented and confident in handling leads and follow-ups Experience : Minimum 2 years of relevant counselling experience preferred. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and prospective learners Explain courses, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities Handle incoming leads and regular follow-ups Convert qualified leads into enrollments Maintain professional relationships with students
