The role requires a dynamic professional with strong experience in Ayurveda-based healthcare, wellness center management, and business development. The incumbent will ensure operational excellence, patient satisfaction, team performance, and sustainable revenue growth while upholding the organization's vision of holistic healthcare.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the overall operations of the center, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.Drive business growth through strategic planning, patient acquisition, and corporate partnerships.Develop and implement business development initiatives to increase revenue and market presence.Manage doctors, therapists, clinical and administrative teams to achieve operational excellence.Ensure high standards of patient care, service quality, and patient experience.Monitor financial performance, budgets, profitability, and operational KPIs.Strengthen relationships with referring doctors, hospitals, corporates, and wellness partners.Ensure compliance with statutory, healthcare, and quality standards.Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach initiatives.Collaborate with management on new services, expansion opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
