Or else nothing is there which can be appreciated.DislikesThe work culture of this organisation is worst than many of the organisation available in market. Infosys just focus on only one thing, that's how to charge more and more money on the clients rather than giving 10% value to the employees. The organisation is made through their employees and the management, but I have been associated with this organisation more than 5 years now and I have felt that nothing comes in between the client billing and Infosys, they doesn't care about anything else, no matter how hard this situation may be for the employee but they will not be listening to you for any cause. It was really a great organization but the management who doesn't see them self anywhere else works here because the only skill thats needed here for the higher management is to lick their heads and bosses. Work ethics, work life balance, no matter how hard you work you will never receive an appreciation nor you will get a good rating, let me tell you that internal story as well, if the manager gives good rating to a employee then they will have to answer their heads that why this much of good rating and hikes are given. That's something really sad. So last thing is if you are good at licking your bosses then congratulations it's the place for you.
