Job Description Sourcing, searching, recruiting manpower as per the open positions Develop candidates' data from social media and other sources Source candidates thru college campus thru coordination with Placement Officers at PAN India locations Understand the JD and company business Source candidates from available portals and other social media, thru referrals and head hunting. Shortlist and conduct preliminary Interviews by tele call / video call Career counselling about the positions for which recruitment is being done.
