Lucknow (Central UP), Uttar PradeshRoles and Responsibilities :Manage, train & motivate the existing sales team to drive revenue growth for the area.Monitor sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to the Head-institutional Sales. Perform territory and sales analysis, assess the results and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Establish, maintain & expand the area’s customer base. Analyze customer needs for the area and service the needs of existing customers to retain themVisit potential and current clients in order to provide product information, answer client questions & concerns and build brand awareness through both individual meetings and larger sales presentations.
