Recruitment. Ensure manpower hiring as against the template, BLPO rate2. Time Office & Attendance. Tracking & ensuring Shift wise area wise manpower availability across factory. Tally of TAS attendance with physical attendance on the floor through TL support3. Absenteeism & Attrition. To monitor absenteeism & Attrition, plan counselling, rehiring4. Shop Floor discipline. Monitoring the daily indiscipline cases follow the shift timings Shift In & Out Lunch timings, Tea timings , Uniform Safety Shoes, usage of PPEs5. Statutory Compliance. Submission of all the statutory compliance documents to Customer as per the requirement followed by Compliance portal on monthly basis6. Payroll. Ensure timely submission of payroll input to TVSSCS Staff & CL Vendor attendance as per defined timelines7. Monthly Vendor bill submission. Ensuring monthly bills upload on portals & timely bill payment to the vendors8. Reward & Recognition. Plan for the monthly R&R at the Site basis defined criterion SQPDCME validate the recommendation as per the criterion9. Training. Induction of New joiners training on POSH, Code of Conduct process traing to ensure their shopfloor readiness at the site .10. Engagement. Conduct, weekly small group meeting to understand & acknowledge the employee concerns & resolve their issues11. Canteen Transport - Monitoring capacity of Bus utilisation, & vendor bill payment for both Canteen & transport12. Team management - Monitor performance of Shift HR resources & support in case of any gap13. HRIS. Awareness of TAS, DB RVW portal & necessary activity completion on the portal14. Monthly MIS .
