Field Marketing & Lead Generation Executive You need someone who can travel by bike/scooter, visit new apartment projects and residential communities, collect contact/project information, identify opportunities for sofa/furniture marketing, and report the details to your office. Similar Bengaluru field roles commonly require a two-wheeler, driving licence, smartphone, Google Maps, communication skills, and daily reporting. � LinkedIn +2 Ideal candidate: Good-looking, presentable and professional Good communication skills Kannada + English; Hindi is an advantage Own 2-wheeler + valid driving licence Comfortable travelling around Bengaluru Smartphone + Google Maps/WhatsApp/Google Sheets Able to approach apartment managers, security, association members and residents politely Basic photography skills Able to collect apartment/project details, contact numbers and marketing opportunities Responsible for daily visit reports and follow-ups Fresher can also be considered if confident and active in field work Daily work could include: Find new apartment projects. Visit the apartment/site. Collect project name, location, number of flats, possession status, contact person, etc. Meet the association/management where permitted. Check possibilities for sofa/furniture advertising, brochures, banners or resident offers. Take photographs where permitted. Share complete data with the office. Follow up on potential leads.
