Maintain and organize records, files, and documents. Prepare and update reports using MS Excel. Verify data for accuracy and correct any errors. Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch departments for data updates. Maintain customer, vendor, and inventory records. Generate invoices, purchase orders, and other required documents (if applicable). Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks while maintaining confidentiality. Perform basic administrative and back-office support activities. Required SkillsProficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations. Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP will be preferred. Good typing speed with high accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and coordination skills.
