Job Role Machine Operator Machine Type Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) as per defined SOP's. Ensure safe and efficient machine operation during production. Achieve required production output while maintaining quality standards. Monitor machine parameters and report abnormalities to the concerned supervisor or maintenance team. Perform basic machine routine checks. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements. Maintain production and machine-related records as required. Salary : Negotiable and commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. Shift Requirement Day / Night Shift Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts. Working Hours 8 Hours / 12 Hours, depending on production and operational requirements. Relocation : Candidates should be willing and prepared to relocate to Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, as per the requirements of the position. Preferred Candidate Candidates interested in working in the defence manufacturing industry. Experience in machine operation or manufacturing is preferred. ITI/Diploma or relevant technical experience will be an advantage. Freshers with a willingness to learn and work on Special Purpose Machines may also apply.
