Devising the supplier development strategy, designing the metrics for supplier performance.Supporting the SCM functions through supplier approval process by assessing the manufacturing technologyParticipating in the new product launches through FAI/PPAP approval. Checking the suppliers manufacturing processes; collaborate with them for process improvement and technology upgradation.Practical knowledge of handing of non-conformance products.
