Key Responsibilities:1.Operational Work for Fulfilment:- Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, business and finance to facilitate the smooth execution of client services and cater to new requirements.- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests, contracts, and invoices.2. Customer Satisfaction:- Monitor and assess client satisfaction levels through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.- Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.3. Service Quality Assurance:- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.- Conduct periodic service reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.4.
