Job ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, test, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems . Install and configure IP Cameras, HD Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and CCTV accessories . Perform camera mounting, cabling, termination, and testing. Configure IP addresses, network settings, and remote viewing for CCTV systems. Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, power supplies, cables, connectors, and other related equipment. Conduct regular preventive maintenance and ensure CCTV systems are working properly. Diagnose and resolve camera display, recording, connectivity, and storage-related issues. Configure CCTV systems for mobile and remote monitoring . Coordinate with the Operations/Technical Team for site installations and service activities. Prepare service reports and update the status of installation and maintenance work. Visit customer sites for installation, breakdown, repair, and maintenance work. Follow company safety procedures and maintain proper tools and equipment. Provide technical support to customers and explain basic system operation when required. Required SkillsGood knowledge of CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting . Knowledge of DVR/NVR, IP cameras, PoE switches, SMPS, and CCTV networking . Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, and networking . Ability to use basic electrical and technical tools. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
