This role bridges daily operational listing management with high-ROI performance marketing campaigns. Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Cataloging & Listing Optimization (SEO) Keyword Optimization: Conduct continuous keyword research to optimize titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and descriptions for platform-specific search algorithms.A+ Content Management: Develop, upload, and update high-quality infographics, lifestyle images, video assets, and enhanced brand content (A+ pages) on Amazon and Flipkart. Quick-Commerce Optimization: Tailor product listings for ultra-short mobile attention spans on Zepto, Blinkit, and Instamart, prioritizing high-impact hero images and concise benefits.Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure 100% accuracy in pricing, product specifications, dietary tags (e.g., veg/non-veg), allergens, and legal compliance across all 7 platforms.2. Campaign Strategy & Performance MarketingMarketplace Paid Ads: Set up, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display ad campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart. Q-Commerce In-App Advertising: Strategize and execute banner ads, search ads, category-takeovers, and "frequently bought together" slots on Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. Budget Management: Allocate and optimize daily/weekly ad spend across platforms to hit target ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales).A/B Testing: Continuously test ad copy, targeting strategies (automatic vs. manual, exact vs. phrase), and visual creative assets to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR).3. Growth, Promos, & Visibility LifecycleFlash Sales & Deals: Plan and execute participation in major platform events (e.g., Amazon Great Indian Festival, Flipkart Big Billion Days) and Q-Commerce daily flashes.Sampling & Bundling: Launch virtual bundles or targeted sampling programs via Blinkit or Zepto to drive new user acquisition and trial.Share of Voice (SOV): Track and aggressively grow the brand's share of voice in top organic search results and top category nodes.4.
