They discuss salary and incentives before joining but never share the incentive slab over email. Promised amounts are misleading—actual incentives are 50–60% lower. Every month, ₹5,000–₹6,000 is deducted from salary without explanation. HR dont stays beyond 2–3 months so not possible to get back the deducted amount. On average, employees lose ₹55K–₹60K yearly due to deductions. Clear your incentives before resigning, or you won’t receive them. If they find someone cheaper, they may terminate your role.
