Manage end-to-end vehicle recovery and collection operations. Recover overdue, inactive, and absconded vehicles. Monitor recovery TAT and reduce pending cases. Recover outstanding rentals and damage charges. Coordinate with legal, finance, service, and operations teams. Lead field recovery teams and track performance. Ensure SOP compliance and process improvements. Prepare MIS reports and monitor recovery KPIs.
