Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel. He only listens to his manager and, in front of him, acts like he is very intelligent and full of knowledge and ideas, but apart from acting he does not carry anything. 2. He is an Associate Director in the company, but whenever any junior approaches him with a request or for help, he says, "This is not in my hands; I can't do anything. You figure it out yourself." If nothing is in your hands, then why are you Associate Director? Better step down or resign. 3. Whenever there is a meeting with his manager and someone has to present something, he pretends that he knows a lot and that, because of his guidance, the junior was able to complete the research. But in reality, he only knows 5-10%. He will do everything to speak about that 5-10%; the rest is "No Data Available" in his mind. He only knows English, and even that he taking help from ChatGPT. 4. In January 2025, his manager asked to take feedback from the team, as one of his teammates had left the company because of him.
