Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels. Understand customers’ budget, location preferences, and property requirements. Explain project details, specifications, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers. Qualify leads and identify potential buyers. Follow up with prospective customers regularly and maintain strong relationships. Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and site visits in CRM. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion. Achieve assigned targets for calls, qualified leads, and site visits. Provide timely responses to customer queries and maintain a professional customer experience. Track lead status and provide regular reports to management. Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Customer-focused approach. Basic knowledge of real estate sales and property markets. Good follow-up and lead-management skills. Comfortable using CRM software, MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email. Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Fluency in English and local languages is preferred. Qualification & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline preferred. Freshers can apply; experience in real estate, telesales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage. Prior experience in real estate pre-sales is preferred for senior positions.
