Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a strong Android team culture. Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on Android development experience. Strong proficiency in Kotlin (Java is a plus). Deep understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, Coroutines, Flow, LiveData, Room, Navigation Component. Experience with Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger/Koin). Knowledge of RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture. Proficiency with Git and build systems (Gradle). Experience with Unit Testing, UI Testing (JUnit, Espresso, Mockito). Familiarity with Play Store deployment and release process.
