MEP Quantity Surveyor - Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kuwait City, Kuwait . The ideal candidate will manage the financial aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.VISIT BHADANIS GULF MEP & CIVIL QUANTITY SURVEYING WEBSITEKey Responsibilities:VISIT BHADANIS GULF MEP & CIVIL QUANTITY SURVEYING WEBSITE BHADANIS GULF QUANTITY SURVEYING ONLINE TRAINING FOR CIVIL & MEP ENGINEERS , QUANTITY SURVEYORS MEP ENGINEERS , INTERIOR FITOUT ESTIMATION OIL AND GAS 1. Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP projects, analyzing project requirements and specifications to present accurate forecasts.2. Tender Management: Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and evaluate received bids to ensure compliance and competitiveness.3. Contract Administration: Review contracts and ensure compliance with all project specifications, while managing any changes in scope that may affect the budget or timeline.4. Site Measurements: Conduct regular site visits to take measurements, assess progress, and verify the accuracy of installed systems against project specifications.5. Budget Tracking: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, reporting on variances and recommending corrective actions when necessary.6. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to deadlines.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess a degree in engineering or a related field, with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in quantity surveying software are essential. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are crucial, along with a deep understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
